When I say boom boom boom....

No pause in between, come on, let's jam!!!

My first ps1 game EVER.
Oh, such memories....used to see this guy everywhere in California. Billboards, stores, of my favs.

I had a sudden urge to draw him after my ipod randomly shuffled onto one of the level tracks.

Type Type Type

Quick sketch of Jinx and Skid for my css journal down at deviantart.

Not much to report, other than we got a new letterer for Adora. Yes! Doing that was so tedious for me for some reason. Once I tackle this new batch of pages I'll try to upload something soon! Thanks for all the kind comments and visits everyone. Its much appreciated.

It's 4:30am and I'm updating. LalalalaaalaIhavenofreetimeintheday.

My half of an art trade with my lovely friend and oh so talented Becky!
She's a sweetheart and a fantastic artist. Seriously, shes too amazing for words.

She wanted cats groomin each others suit jackets!
I went with all the sizes of cat if thats ok. :3 Tiger, bobcat, house cat, tabby cat, alley cat and a snazzy serval.

Sorry for the delay, this died on me a couple times and Im a dork who doesn't save after every 10 minutes.
I had so much fun with this, tigers are in my top 3 favorite animals.

I hope you like Becky!

Dia De Los Muertos-Bride and Groom

The second piece to my "Dia De Los Muertos" collection. I wish I got this up in time but its already the 3rd. I was too busy celebrating the holiday to post. I made this one extra special just because I only got in 2 out of the 6 during the month. Think I should finish the last 4?

Here's a close-up.

I had an awesome dia de los muertos.
We just had a family gathering, made sugar skulls, pan de muerto
and other yummy goodies. An altar for our loved ones and told tons
of great stories about our past relatives.

Hope everyone had an awesome Dia De Los Muertos!

Dia De Los Muertos Collection: Piece 1-Sugar Skulls.

Finally! The first piece for my "Dia De Los Muertos" Halloween collection.
Dunno anything about the holiday? Educate yourself here
Day of the Dead

I wanted to do this collection to experiment with my heritage and culture. My family celebrates this holiday, sometimes I go to Mexico for it with relatives that live there but lately I just celebrate it at home. Its a lot of fun! And it feels like I get two Halloweens each year. I just love the fall.

Each piece will be inspired by the holiday and I'll do them digitally and traditionally. I really want to experiment. Hopefully, I can get in 6 pieces by the end of the month...or maybe more if Im lucky.

A day of the dead without sugar skulls is like a Charms Blow Pop without the bubble gum inside. It's a must-have.
So yummy yummy!

Owltober 10th

I was invited to take part in the Owltober event down at deviantart.
It was really fun, hopefully I'll do more before the months end.

I've been so swamped that I haven't done much for my Halloween collection. Lets hope I get some time to myself sometime soon.

Heres a bundle! And a new project!

Here's some stuff I've done recently. Mostly stuff for friends.
Dez for Zach <3

Ai and Yu for Vap

Devon and Benji for Dekay

Spartacus for Cricket

Aaaaand a Meowth doodle I did last night at 3 in the morning. Its probably why its a little messy. I kinda like the messy look. Meowth is one of my favorites, hes like the Daffy duck of the Pokemon world. Always getting pushed aside by that rodent.

I'll probably add this with a huge pokemon thing I'm doing.

Anyway, I'll be starting up my Halloween collection this month and I just got picked up for another project down at SLG! I'm so excited. Hopefully, It'll come out before Comic con next year. Here's hoping. More details about that later.

Gifts, Gifts, Gifts!

I've been drawing a lot of gifts lately. Theres nothing wrong with that. Check them out!

The first is a gift for Eric Bauza who does the voice for White Pantera on the cartoon show "El Tigre". I had a blast doing this one.

The second was a Birthday present for the very talented and sweet Katie Rice who has other amazing bday art showcased on her blog at Funny Cute Go check it ou!

The third one is for my dear friend Erin Fitzgerald, who also does voice acting but for the cartoon show "Ed, Edd n Eddy" as Nazz/May. Shes just so bubbly and bright I just had to make her bday present the same way. Love ya Erin! <3

Anywho, this October I will be creating a Halloween collection, some digital paintings others traditional paintings. I haven't started yet but I'm really excited to. I'm also thinking of submitting more of my sketchbook work on this site. I'll get around to that as soon as I can. For now, more Adora.

Its another Scoops Weekend! heres a step by step.

This is how I usually do my comic pages: thumbnail, sketch, resketch with tablet, ink and color. I do them traditionally and digitally but for Scoops I do em digitally. Its just easier and less time consuming for me.

I usually sketch out a thumbnail of how I want the comic page to look, which by the way ( are really tiny ) if I scanned them you wouldn't be able to read them. Its just a guide for me to plan what goes where for the page. I do the poses after that traditionally using pencil and paper. Then pick the poses I like and re-sketch it ( or scan ) in Photoshop.

I ink in photoshop using a wacom tablet in a new layer over the sketch layer. The inking takes the longest for me but its different for everybody.

Here it is with base colors, coloring is the easiest for me. After this I add the textures and shading. Which is really fun. I use brushes and filters to make my textures. You can see it completed with text and all at

I really appreciate the critique and kind words! Thanks for checking it out everybody!

Pika Pika Speed Sketch

I did this for someone who was buying pokemon stuff from me. Speed sketch 15 minutes tops with a sharpie and a micron.

Slapped on some color just for fun.

I'm a little rusty with my traditional ink work. I gotta fix that.

I've decided to give Dr. Scoops the spotlight, he seemed the most fitting for the spot. If you like Scoops and always wanted to know more about him, his back story and how he came to be the crazy demented cigar smoking sandfords lemur we all know and love, then you just gotta check this out!

Come stop by!

Thanks guys for letting me be part of this awesomely Dumm universe!

Hopefully, I can post here soon, I've been very busy with the book at the moment. Hope everyone is doing well!
